April 20, 2005 Dear Israel Gamburd Thank you so much for helping me select and find the wonderful ramp you installed in my home. it is something that i have been trying to deal with for quite some time. I appreciate your responsiveness and thoughtfulness to my situation very much. I feel like I can finally get back to living my life and functioning in the world without the trauma of negotiating stairs from my hhouse in my wheelchair and spending time on the ground waiting for the energy to pull myself up. Your service and efficiency were excellent and professional. I am very releieved to now know there is a place i can go for all my physical assistance needs.
